Can I also get tickets for the legendary Kop?
A question we get asked frequently. It is, however, not possible to book tickets on the Kop stand at Anfield. These seats are reserved exclusively for Liverpool FC season ticket holders. The sale of Kop tickets is prohibited by the club and it is a criminal offence to (re)sell those tickets.
However, when you book your Liverpool FC tickets or football trip with us, you can rest assured that your tickets are 100% authorised! You will also receive your tickets directly from the club a few days before the game.
To round off your Liverpool FC football trip, we also recommend booking an Anfield stadium & museum tour. The day before or after your Match, it is worth getting on a one of those self guided tours to learn about the history of the club and Anfield stadium. Anfield Road Stadium: The Home of Liverpool Football Club
Located in the Anfield neighborhood of Liverpool, England, Anfield Road Stadium is the home of Liverpool Football Club. The stadium has a rich history dating back to its opening in 1884 and has undergone numerous renovations and expansions throughout the years to become the iconic venue it is today.
History of Anfield Road Stadium
Anfield Road Stadium was originally built in 1884 and was home to Everton Football Club for eight years before the club moved to Goodison Park in 1892. Liverpool Football Club was formed in 1892 and made Anfield Road Stadium their home ground. Over the years, the stadium has undergone several renovations and expansions to increase its capacity and improve its facilities.
One of the most notable renovations was the addition of the iconic Main Stand in 1906, which increased the capacity of the stadium to over 20,000. In the 1970s, the Kemlyn Road Stand was built and the stadium's capacity was further increased to around 45,000. In the 1990s, the Anfield Road Stand was redeveloped and the capacity was increased to over 45,000.
Today, Anfield Road Stadium has a capacity of 54,000 and is one of the most iconic football venues in the world. It is known for its electric atmosphere, created in part by the famous "You'll Never Walk Alone" terrace chant sung by Liverpool fans before every home match.
Famous Games and Players at Anfield Road Stadium
Anfield Road Stadium has been the site of many memorable matches and has played host to some of the greatest players in football history. Some of the most famous games at Anfield include the UEFA Champions League semi-final second leg match between Liverpool and Barcelona in 2019. The match took place at Anfield Road Stadium on May 7, 2019 and is remembered as one of the greatest comebacks in football history.
In the first leg of the semi-final, played at Camp Nou in Barcelona, Liverpool lost 3-0 to Barcelona. This meant that Liverpool needed to win the second leg by at least four goals in order to advance to the final on away goals. Despite the seemingly insurmountable task, Liverpool produced a stunning performance, defeating Barcelona 4-0 in the second leg to advance to the final with a 4-3 aggregate victory. The match is remembered for its electric atmosphere at Anfield, as well as the performances of Liverpool players such as Divock Origi and Trent Alexander-Arnold. The match has been dubbed the "Miracle of Anfield" in reference to the "Miracle of Istanbul" UEFA Champions League Final in 2005, when Liverpool also came back from a 3-0 deficit to win the match on penalties.
Other memorable European nights at Anfield include the "Miracle of Anfield" in 2016, when Liverpool defeated Borussia Dortmund 4-3 in the UEFA Europa League quarter-final second leg, and the "Epic Encounter" in 2007, when Liverpool defeated Barcelona 4-2 in a dramatic UEFA Champions League semi-final match.
Proximity to Everton
Anfield Road Stadium is located in the Anfield neighborhood of Liverpool, just a few miles north of the city center. The stadium is located just a few miles away from Goodison Park, the home ground of Liverpool's city rival, Everton Football Club. Future Development Plans
Liverpool Football Club has announced plans to expand Anfield Road Stadium to a capacity of around 61,000. The expansion, which will include the addition of a new stand on the Anfield Road side of the stadium, is set to be completed by 2023.
In addition to the expansion of the stadium, Liverpool Football Club has also announced plans to develop the surrounding area, including the creation of a new club museum and the redevelopment of the Anfield Road Stand to include a hotel, shops, and restaurants. These plans aim to create a world-class football destination in the heart of Anfield and further enhance the matchday experience for Liverpool fans.

The Liverpool FC tickets for the categories we offer are mobile tickets that you will receive from the club about 2-4 days before the game.
Liverpool has a small airport. Alternatively, we recommend arriving via Manchester Airport. You can travel directly from Manchester Airport to Liverpool city center by train. The journey time is approx. 75 minutes. The return ticket costs around €35 per person.

Unfortunately not. No official seller can offer Liverpool FC tickets in the Kop Stand because the Kop is only accessible to annual ticket holders. We can offer Liverpool FC tickets on the Centenary Stand, Main Stand and Anfield Road Stand at Anfield Road Stadium.
There is no specific dress code at Anfield Road Stadium. Merchandise from the visiting team, such as jerseys, scarves, etc., are, however, prohibited in the stadium.
The Official Liverpool FC Matchday program is available upon entering the lounge at Liverpool FC Stadium.
We guarantee a maximum of 3 seats together in Anfield Road Stadium. Multiple seats together are also available for most Liverpool games. Just ask us about this.
Yes. In England, every person (regardless of age) entering the stadium needs their own ticket.
As we can only offer full-price tickets, unfortunately there is no discount for Liverpool FC tickets. However, we may be able to offer a discount on hotel accommodation in Liverpool. Simply write to us for this.
What is the best way to get to Anfield Road Stadium? The area around Anfield Road Stadium will be cordoned off to traffic during home games. We therefore recommend using public transport (buses) or a taxi and walking the rest.
Please note that public buses can be very crowded. We therefore recommend an early arrival at Anfield Road Stadium.
If you have booked an Offsite Hospitality Package at a Liverpool city center hotel, a regular free shuttle to Anfield Road Stadium and a post-match transfer back to Liverpool city center is offered.
Together with the travel documents, you will receive our emergency number, which you can use to reach one of our employees 24 hours a day in an emergency.
There's a lot we can do, but meeting the Liverpool FC team before or after the game at Anfield is almost impossible.
But there is still a chance to see the team and coach Jürgen Klopp before the game. The Liverpool FC team and coaching staff stay at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool before every home Premier League game at the weekend. For midweek games like the Champions League, the team meets there in the morning before the game.
The team then travels by bus from the hotel to the stadium. Here in the hotel there is a chance to get autographs and pictures with the players.
